When I brought my Ford Focus here, she [Diane] made certain that I could pay for my oil change at that time and told me "they can drive it in" (out of the blowing rain). She is a very good saleswoman- with communication and great customer service!

Diane has been great from beginning to end with the purchase of our Taurus. She was very patient and helpful with us in trying to decide what vehicle best suits us. You called Guttenberg and set up a time for them to tow us back, gave us a ride to Walmart to shop while we waited, and called us when the tow truck would pick us up by Walmart. Diane made the buying experience exciting and kept things moving. She explained the vehicle thoroughly and demonstrated the features. Most of all, Diane was not high pressure. That attitude is such a turnoff. Diane was very pleasant, and professional to deal with.
I was on vacation in Iowa and my power steering went out 2 days before it was time to come home. Ted Hingtgen from Mike Finnin was very responsive and got me right in. He gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and had my car fixed in time to head home. Ted was on top of it the whole time and KEPT US UPDATED-GREAT JOB! If I lived in Dubuque, I would buy my next Ford from Mike Finnin.
If your business is anything like mine, most of the time the only time you hear from a client is when there is a problem with a product or an employee. Well, this e-mail is not one of those times. I have been buying new Fords for the business since 1981. I'm on my 12th unit and for the most part, I have had very little issues with Fords over the last 30 years. To expand on that, I have purchased (7) new pickups, vans, Expeditions, Explorers, and most recently a 2011 F150 from your store and (5) from other dealers. The two constants are the new Ford Products, the last (6) new vehicles, and Diane Noble. Diana has been my "go-to" person when I am in the market for a new vehicle. I explained to her many years ago that I do not have the time to constantly look for the "best" deal from various dealers, the individual options with the various vehicles, or to try to develop a relationship with a dealer and the sales staff. I need a "local" dealer that I can call my own and can honestly know that I will be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. When I call Diane, I give her the parameters that I am looking for and she goes to work. I am sure that she was ready to pull her hair out on several instances while dealing with me, but she has always come through. The follow up phone calls, the follow up visits, just the overall concern for my complete satisfaction with the process. I would say that she is as much if not more concerned about my satisfaction with Ford as she is about making the sale. I don't want to get too long winded, but just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy working with Diana, and looking ofrward to pruchasing another new Ford in the near future.
For all of the years of being customer, Diana in service is one of the most pleasant people to talk to. She remembers your name and always asks how you are. It is so nice to call and talk to someone who is so nice. Even her e-mails about your service always have a nice personal touch. She is always smiley and easy to talk to.
Personally I love Mike Finnin Ford because I came in this past Fall, and looked at a few vehicles. Rob Hoffmann helped me, and made me feel comfortable. I decided against the car, and what made me most impressed was that he didn't hassle me about it or try to talk me into changing my mind. Not common when you go to a dealership, which is why I usually hate shopping at dealerships! When I decide what I want, I'll be coming back to Rob at Mike Finnin!
