The service department here at Finnin Ford is one of the largest in the tri-states. We offer free shuttle service, free pick up and delivery of your vehicle, and free loaner cars! We have 8 Certified Technicians with a combined 144 years of experience, as well as 2 Master Certified Technicians and 1 Senior Master Certified Technicians. And with our recent addition of a Car Wash bay and two Quick Lube Lanes, we are well equipped for any of your vehicle service needs!

While you wait you can take advantage of our customer lounge, which offers free WiFi and a Television for your enjoyment, or you can have one of our Shuttles drop you off at work or anywhere else you'd like.

Free Pickup and Delivery!

We know our clients are BUSY. Mike Finnin Ford will pick up your vehicle, perform any requested maintenance, and deliver your vehicle back to you at no charge.  This service is offered at no additional cost to customers in Dubuque and the surrounding areas such as Peosta, Epworth, East Dubuque, IL and Dickeyville, WI.  Please call if you live outside this area and we will still be able to accommodate you.
