Sync and MyFord Touch Support
At Mike Finnin Ford, we are dedicated to making sure your vehicle experience is the best possible. Technology is constantly changing, especially with Ford's industry leading innovation in their new vehicles. Ford is determined to have the latest and greatest technology available to you in your vehicle, and we are determined to make sure that you understand the technology in your vehicle and are able to make the most of it. We know that for some this may be overwhelming, and for others exciting, so whatever your mindset, we are willing and able to teach you what you would like to learn.
Whether you purchased a brand new or pre-owned Ford from us or another dealership, we are here to show you how to use Sync and other vehicle technologies. We offer a few different ways to learn:
1) Set up a on-on-one session with our Sync Specialist, Chris Cruz
Chris is our expert at Mike Finnin Ford for all things Sync and MyFord Touch. He is here anytime to show you how to setup your system, use any features and learn anything you want to know about all of Ford's new Sync systems. He can even upgrade or update your system free of charge if you purchased your vehicle from us.

2) Attend one of our monthly Sync Owner's Clinics
We hold a Sync Owner's Clinic the 3rd Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30pm in our Service Department. Those interested in attending are asked to RSVP by the 10th of the month so adequate staff is on hand to properly assist every customer. If you forgot to RSVP or found out too late, don't worry and feel free to attend anyway! To RSVP please call our Appointment Coordinator at (563) 556-1010 ext. #267. We can't wait to see you and show you all the great features that Sync and MyFord Touch have to offer, whether you are a beginner or advanced Sync owner! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
3) Read our Technology Newsletter, Technology Tidbits
Technology Tidbits is a newsletter put together by our Sync Specialist that highlights new features for Sync and MyFord Touch and provides step-by-step instructions on commonly used Sync commands.
